Our first engagement with you would establish your design brief. Discussing your specific project purpose and requirements your needs and desires. Your site, relevant existing documentation regarding land and property information and any legal or Council restrictions are considered. Thought is also given to the desired aesthetics and personality of the project. The scale and scope of works are developed.

Spatial planning is the next step. Your floor plan is produced and then the 3D rendered vision is created. Your proposed Preliminary Design shown on site are presented. Upon the Developed design plans being accepted your visions have become a drawn reality.
