Design and Light were commissioned to design a modern commercial building in Rotorua comprising of two separate units.

Each to feature office’s at the front on two levels and a lunch room, bathrooms and large warehouse at the rear.

Contemporary warehouse spaces are clad in concrete tilt slab panels contrasted by negative detailed aluminum defining the offices. Large commercial grade series windows frame the views of the lake while also retaining heat making these spaces very pleasurable to work in.

Design and Light additionally provided planning for the public car parking facilities and worked in conjunction with fire engineers establishing the  best possible solutions for fire ratings.
